Job Description
A Farm Worker in Malta is responsible for assisting with agricultural activities such as planting, cultivating, irrigating, harvesting crops, and caring for farm animals if applicable. Duties include operating farm machinery, maintaining tools and equipment, monitoring crop growth, and ensuring proper storage of produce.
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or above
Valid passport (for foreign workers)
Eligible to work in Malta (work permit or visa as applicable)
Physically fit to perform labor-intensive farm tasks
Willingness to work in outdoor conditions, including heat, rain, and other weather conditions
Ability to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours during peak seasons
Basic English reading and understanding skills
Willingness to perform any farm-related work as assigned
