Job Description
Factory Worker in Malta is responsible for assisting in the production, assembly, packaging, and inspection of goods in a manufacturing or production environment. Duties include operating machinery, handling raw materials, maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area, following production guidelines, and meeting daily output targets.
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or above
Valid passport (for foreign workers)
Eligible to work in Malta (work permit or visa as applicable)
Physically fit to perform manual labor and operate machinery
Ability to work in shifts, including overtime, weekends, or holidays if required
Willingness to follow instructions and maintain workplace safety and hygiene standards
Basic English reading and understanding skills
Flexibility to perform any type of factory-related work as assigned
