Job Description
Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of people, property, and premises in various settings such as offices, factories, malls, hotels, or residential areas. Duties include monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling assigned areas, checking for unauthorized activity, controlling access to buildings, reporting incidents, and responding to emergencies.
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or above
Valid passport (for foreign workers)
Eligible to work in Canada (valid work permit or visa, if applicable)
Physically fit to perform patrolling, standing for long hours, and handling emergency situations
Good communication and observation skills
Ability to follow instructions and enforce safety procedures
Willingness to work shifts, nights, weekends, or holidays if required
Basic English reading, writing, and understanding skills
Ability to handle minor conflicts and report incidents professionally
