Job Description
Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that work is completed efficiently and according to company standards. Duties include coordinating team activities, monitoring performance, training and guiding employees, maintaining safety and quality standards, and reporting to management.
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or above
Valid passport (for foreign workers)
Eligible to work in Canada (valid work permit or visa, if applicable)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to monitor performance and enforce company policies
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)
Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or holidays if required
Ability to handle responsibility and work under pressure
