The Admin cum Tele-Caller serves as the backbone of the office and the first point of contact for clients. Your primary goal is to manage day-to-day administrative tasks while proactively reaching out to leads to generate interest, schedule appointments, or provide information about company services. This role is essential for maintaining a smooth workflow and ensuring a steady pipeline of potential business.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: Previous experience in tele-calling, customer service, or office administration is highly preferred.
