Job Description
We are seeking skilled and reliable Welders to join our production/construction team in Poland. The Welder will be responsible for performing high-quality welding work on metal components according to technical drawings, safety standards, and production requirements.
Requirements
Perform welding work using methods such as MIG/MAG (135/136), TIG (141), or Stick (111)
Read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols
Prepare materials for welding (cutting, grinding, cleaning)
Inspect welded joints for quality and accuracy
Follow workplace safety regulations and company procedures
Maintain welding equipment and tools
Meet production deadlines and quality standards
